Malaysia Airlines’ Malaysia Contact Centre (MYCC) invites applications from suitable candidates as part timers to work from anywhere or even at home. The part-timers will complement the present Contact Centre team members working at MYCC.
Through our Call Centre Transformation programme (CCTP) initiatives, we have built the necessary foundation and capability to support agents working from anywhere.
Attractive remuneration package awaits. All applications will be screened and shortlisted candidates will subsequently undergo formal training to be a part-time MYCC Contact Centre agent. The trainings will be conducted in-house by our qualified Trainers.
- Permanent or temporary staff of MAS and its subsidiaries
- Family members, relatives or friends of MAS staff above 18 years old may apply
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional spoken languages would be an added advantage
- Having Call Centre experience and skills would be an added advantage
- Own a standard PC/notebook running on Windows XP SP2 with broadband connection (for designated home agents)
-Successful applicants will be paid a fixed hourly rate, and an incentive for every ticket issued.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
